Belly Fat Won't go Away

I started my weight loss journey in January weighing 159.9. It is now June and i weigh 126. I am happy with my weight loss, but I have excess belly fat that is still there and will not go away. When I started my weight loss journey I worked out for 2-3 hours a day but now since im 125 I only workout an 1 to an hour and a half everyday. Everything I am doing doesnt seem to be helping my belly fat at all 😕 any advice?

As for the belly fat, it seems that there is always one area that likes to hang on, doesn't it?

I have lost my belly fat with paleo diet cutting all wheat product like bread pasta ect .The first 2 week lost 8 lbs and 2 next weeks lost 5 lbs.I have see that when I eat wheat  I add weight so.......................try it cost nothing

I have the same problem! I've managed to slim down my legs and arms to great success, but that tummy area just refuses to go away 😞 Would love to hear any advice as well.

Congrats on your weight loss so far though! That's a huge success 🙂
