I use a treadmill at a 3.5 - 4.0 speed for about 45 minutes. The lower speed gives me a higher fat burn loss and a higher cardio at the 4.0 speed. I want to lose weight, so what the best, carry on at the lower speed or keep up the higher speed?

Hi, @NadVal, the fat burn level will burn a greater percentage of your burn from fat, but it will burn fewer calories overall. If your goal is to burn the maximum number of calories, the cardio level would be a better choice -- at least for reasonable periods of time.
