Better Late Than Never! (Summer/Labor Day Weight Loss)

Welp. It's almost July, and I for one have failed to do my part to reach my weightloss goals.

 

BUT THERE'S STILL TIME! WHO'S WITH ME?!?

 

Let's eat better, get outside and get active while we still have time! I for one am the type of person that needs support and friendly "faces" to get me through some of the bad days or even worse, plateau weeks. So let's help eachother out Smiley Happy

 

Let's set a short(er) goal for Labor Day Weekend! We have 10 Weeks!

CW (Current Weight): 169

GW (Goal Weight): 155

Me too!  I'm currently 166, and I'd love to hit 146 by Labor Day.  We got this!!!

I work at an elementary school, and having the summer off I have gained a few pounds.  I have those last 10 pounds to lose, so 1 pound a week is my goal.  10 pounds down by the time I have to go back to work.  I'm in.

I am in! I am 194 and would love to be 174 by Aug!Heart I have also been struggling with Willpower but thanks to my class in school talking about this very issue and a breakdown a week ago, I am ready.

I will join this as soon as I finish my other goal. I have an ongoing Easter to Memorial Day challenge, then I am sure there will be a Memorial Day to Independence Day challenge. I will join after that Challenge.
