Those with blood sugar issues. Have a Bluetooth meter that syncs with the Fitbit app. To easily keep track of numbers
Even have the app suggest dietary changes to improve numbers

If this is something you would like to be implemented in Fitbit, you may want to use the Feature Suggestions forum instead. There are already several similar suggestions, for instance:

Continuous Glucose Monitoring

Also, the Dexcom CGM will one day integrate with the Fitbit Ionic, so you can see your blood sugar data right on the watch.
