Hey Fitbit team, I'd like to pose you all a couple of questions.
How have you built personal resilience?
How do you think resilience can be taught to others?
The most amazing thing about working with resilience and helping setting some of my students up for success is never having all the answers - it would be great to hear some fresh perspectives and hopefully learn something new that might help. A bit of a niche area to question I guess, but thanks in advance for anyone inclined to reply. Stay well.

Hi @bigjim1002 , very interesting questions you have.
I personally always keep in mind, that everything will pass. I'm an old school optimistic.
My philosophy profesor, told me once :" every problem has a solution, if you there is not a solution, then it's not a problem "
This has helped me along my life. Knowing that everything can be solved, maybe not by me, but knowing others that might know how, has helped not being that stressed!
We don't have the solution for everything, but someone else might. This might sound like a cliche, but friends and family are the most likely to support during difficult times.
To help someone with their personal resilience, is to take a deep breath and divide the situation in small pieces. See what small things you can do to start making the change of the situation. Then take another step and another part of it. If you stumble or get across difficulties on a small part of the whole thing, just divide it again in small pieces/tasks.
As someone famous said " a big hike starts with a small step"
Hope this helps.
