Is it possible to be burning more calories than what's being recorded? I'm right hnded, but wear my fitbit on my left hand. I've been doing a lot of cleaning and painting my bathroom toay so majority of my movements are coming from my right hand. I feel more hungry than usual today, but the calories burned are about the same as on a typical day according to my fitbit.

Depending on your size, this type of exercise burns about 3 or 4 extra calories/minute. If you skipped exercise such as walking, you may have burned fewer calories.
However, this type of exercise is especially good for people, especially if you spread the work throughout the day in about 15 minute spurts.
