Hi all, Im new to this, Currently 299lbs first week using the FITBIT flex, burning 4500 kcal average a day (got a sitdown job) I am eating 1800kcals but only lost 1lb this week! in my first week I was expecting a few more than that! anyone have any ideas?

i was the same ,
i just keep myself busy and also ate low cal rice biscult,
also dont skip meals drink plenty of water , i think im sick of water by now but u need to keep yourself fresh!

it's only been a week. everyone is different and the weight loss may not occur right away. stick with it.

It takes time for the body to adjust. You doing great, drink water to keep you hydrated, and instead of cutting snacks all the way, eat just half so your not craving too much, and will raid the fridge at the end. you will start loosing weight, but in a healthy way... keep up the good work!!!:smileyhappy
