But I still can't lose any weight

I keep track of my food. I stay to the calorie limit per My Fitness Pal.  I'm exercising 3-4 times a week but I'm not loosing.  Any suggestions on what to do?

exercise more, maybe more intesive exercise?

also, do not eat too late in the night

something that I keep getting told to do...

eat slower/chew longer, if you eat too fast, you are not giving the stomach time to tell the brain that you are full, so by the time you stop, you have over eaten, drink inbetween a few mouthfulls

this I am still trying to do, too many years of eating fast

Hi all,

I had the same issues, trouble losing weight, always bloated. I started cleansing in Jan and I've lost 10 lbs in a month and the bloating is gone. If you want to chat for tips/advice/encouragement/further details about my journey feel free to add me as a friend.

Best of luck to everybody

My FitBit is 3 and a half years old and for the past two days it won't sync on my computer or my phone.  I've tried all of the solutions on the help page.  Any ideas?

If there is an Achilles Heel to Fitbit it has to be the sync function. My One will sync fine for days and days and then just quit syncing altogether for 2 or 3 weeks and then suddenly start syncing again. Have tried all the suggestions but none seem to work. It should be obvious to Fitbit that there is a problem here but I continue to see people posting about this over and over.so I guess they must not be too worried about it. I will be rethinking when I purchase a new device next time and will check the competition out.

Try deleting your app and then redone loading it.

Ya, I have had 3 fitbits over several years and never had trouble until this last update came down the wire. Hang in there I am sure they will get it worked out. In the meantime I remind myself that steps are being counted and when it gets around to syncing, which it always does eventually, they'll be tallied with the rest.

Just curious: which syncing method(s) are you using? The One comes with a Bluetooth adapter that you can plug in into the USB port of your PC or Mac computer. The Fitbit Connect software will then let it sync. Have you tried that? If you have a compatible smartphone (iPhone, Android, Windows), you can also use that for syncing, with the Fitbit mobile app. Have you tried that too?

You did say you tried everything, but just in case: did you restart your One?

Which update(s) do you refer to: firmware update on your One, software update of the mobile app or update to the Fitbit Connect software installed on your computer?
