Calorie Tracking Accuracy

ANSWERED

Hi everyone, I noticed this morning when I woke up my Fitbit was showing that I burned 510 calories but I was sleeping. This can't be accurate at all... any tips on how to have calorie burn function show more calories burned more accurately?

Those are your BMR calories.

Fitbit includes your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories that your are always burning by being alive.  They will get credited even when you are not wearing the tracker.
