Have gratitude for only being over by 200 calories.  You could have done much worse and tomorrow is a new day!

I go over my budget all the frk'n time! The good news is, that I'm still loosing weight.  I set my goal for 2#s a week, which is rather ambitous but w/in the guidlines of healthy weight loss. I don't care if I do loose 2#s a week - so long as I loose and especially, not gain!  I also try not to obsess about the scale and focus more on watching the inches melt.  I get on the scale 1x a week & a messure 1x per month.  I would say not to worry too much about it so long as you're seeing progress.  Slow & steady is a more sure way of being able to keep off what you've loss.

My reply was in the spirit of the thread "You know you are a Fitbit addict when..."  For instance, if I'm away from home and my battery dies, I'll take a cab home.

I did drive out of my way on a business trip to a Target to purchase a spare charging cable.  I was spending most of the day in meetings, and felt like I needed to track my walks I was taking at the end of the day.  Turned out that where I was there were a number of people who walked circuits at lunch, so I just joined in and did some of my own.
