I know I have seen other sites that can tell you how many calories you should eat to maintain, lose, or gain. I haven't been able to find that here. Just curious. It helps when I am logging my foods to see what I have left to eat for the day. Thanks J

You can definitely monitor your calorie intake by setting a Food Plan on your Dashboard. For now, it can help you set a plan in which you can lose weight and maintain it when you reach your goal, however, there isn't an option or plan to gain weight. Click on this article in order to get the information you need to start with your Food Plan.
