Can the Dashboard %Complete Step Goal be dynamically calculated?

The Dashboard %Complete is hard coded at 70000 and not dynamically based on user defined goal for steps. I set my step goal at 8000 steps a day since I have alot of other Activities like weights etc. The %Complete does not base on 8000 X 7 whould be be 56000 steps; instead it appears hardcoded for 10000 steps a day.

That's odd - I set mine to 7,000 and the weekly total changed to 49,000
