I want to do the Wendie Plan that was made famous by rotating high and low days to help keep your metabolism high. Like you see here. Is there any way to program the fitbit with these calories. It still breaks down to the same deficit for the week, but rotates the calories.

There is no way to do that. Just eat more calories on the days you are suppose to.
You could keep chnaging the calorie amount if you really wanted to.
