Today I stepped on the scale with much anticipation wondering if this would be the day I reached 50lbs lost on my weight loss journey. I started at 265 and here's what the scale told me today! I have a ways to go (at least down to 200 but my bmi says I should be below 170, although I don't think I'd look healthy that low). We'll see how I look and feel at 200 and decide from there, but today, I celebrate. I would love to see this post used for others to celebrate their success as well!

@tamado that's good stuff man, congrats! Nice to get those milestones to show that the effort is worth it. Keep it up. Also, smart words about seeing how your body looks and feels at 200. That is what matters most.
I will add a milestone also. Today I hit 20 lbs lost since the New Year. Nothing novel except a lot of walking and eating reasonably (and I have been eating more since I bought the Fitbit given it calculates a realy high burnrate for me).

20lbs in 22 days! That's 7 lbs a week, are you doing it healthy and safely?
