Hi guys,
I'm trying to lose some weight and wanted to invite you to my group (linky), where I'm challenging others to meet my 15k a day challenge from now until March. March marks the one year anniversary of my weight loss journey, and the holidays were NOT kind (who had a similar holiday season?!?). I'd like to have
SO, I've decided to log 15k steps a day from now (actually started Monday) until the beginning of March, or roughly 45 days. I'd love it if I had some community support, motivation, friends that were doing something similar. Three days in, and today I definitely had trouble with the last few thousand steps. Anyways, I know 15k is not feasible for everyone, so feel free to challenge yourself to whatever number of steps is aggressive for you (8k, 10k, 15k, 20k!), just make sure it is a challenge or it defeats the purpose!! 🙂
Feel free to add me as a friend, PM me, or whatever! I run a site called Lose the **ahem** Weight (linky) where I try to post inspirational stuffs and blog posts. I've stopped doing it recently since I was being such a gluttonous sloth, but since I'm back on the wagon I will be doing more. Check it out!

Yea! I started a 12k/day for 30 days challenge on January 11th but I am ready to step it up to 15k minimum.

I like your idea of being challenged and taking it to the extreme . . . However, I have been getting at least 10-12K a day. I would like to participate in your challenge.

Wow Clayton, 15000 a day. How are you going so far? I did 17,849 quite by chance... gym in morning, walking dog in the afternoon and I am cream crackered!! I have no idea what tomorrow will bring. I am new to fitbit and in serious need of loosing weight.. about 7 stone in total. I have joined a slimming group and my husband bought the fitbit for a Christmas pressie. The fitbit is finally out the box and Ive joined the gym.... any tips and advice? and how do I join your linky?? Ta x

Were you able to set up and customize your challnege on Fit Bit.com? I am trying to set up something similar for the company I work for but it seems that we only have the default options for the challenges being till the end of the month? I would love any suggestions or thoughts you might be able to share with me. Thanks!
