Working in a kitchen sure helps to get all my steps in a day. But the problem I have is sampling the food I'm cooking or sampling other stations (work in a dining hall). Are there any other chefs out there with any pointers on what they do to get around this or help with the intake in a day.

I can't imagine what it's like to work and have to taste test the food. Are there many dishes you have to sample?
