Cize

Hi, my name is Brendi. I joined tonight (Jan 24, 2016) and start my CIZE dance exercize routines tomorrow. I was wondering if anyone on here has used cize? And if so, what were your results?

I've been wanting to buy that, so I'm looking forward to seeing what you think of it. I have limited space for dancing so I'd love to know how much room one needs to do the dance steps.  I hope someone replies who has used it!

I've seen it on the infomercials but am reluctant to buy it because I have the Insanity & Hip Hop Abs, as well as Zumba step, I am limited for space so I don't want to send the $ if I'm not able to utilize the videos. Curious as to what you think of it if you purchase it.

I haven't bought it but I would recommend checking with your doctor before buying it. CIZE looks like Zumba and I'm horrible with coreography with hip and leg surgeries.

Hi Brendi!

I'm actually finishing up my third week of using CIZE.

Originally, I thought I wouldn't enjoy it... but now, I'm hooked!

Due to a work issue early this morning, I wasn't able to do my CIZE workout and actually felt guilty about it.  LOL!... I'll do it later tonight.

There are some days where I've felt energetic enough to do two sessions a day (either morning and then evening, or one right after the other).

On week 1 I found it challenging for the fact that it was something new with some moves that actually made me feel sore.  Week 3 was challenging at first because it was more intricate, but I eventually got a handle of it.  I'm looking forward to week 4!

BTW, there are some moves that require jumping as well as jumping with one foot.  For those of you with ankle, knee or hip issues, you may want to try something else... unless you modify the movement and remove the jump from that specific movement pattern itself.

Overall, it's a great workout.  Time passes fast when you're having fun! 🙂

So far I've lost 5lbs doing it.

I'm thinking I could have lost more, but on Week 2 I was caught up with various feasting at a few parties throughout the week. 😛

I hope this helps!

Good luck!

I bought it some time ago but didn't use it (bad timing, it was during the holidays). I am planning on starting tomorrow. I like to start close to the weekend in case I get really sore at first, I can take it easy on the weekend.

How are things going? I just started Cize yesterday and MAN am I sore!! I also got a terrible headache for the rest of the day after I finished, and it's making me not want to do it again, but I know I need to power through or I will never improve. I'm glad someone else is new to Cize as well!

Just keeping pushing through it. It get better. I am on week 2 and I think the "You Got This" routine is easier and more fun. It is actually longer and you don't even feel it.

Just keep pushing.  You can do it!

By week 2 everything starts to feel much more easier.

I'm sure you'll be motivated to get the dance routines under your belt.  Sometimes, I feel like I'm in a competition with the dancers on screen and I end up pushing harder than I see them push.  LOL!

Once the session is done, I feel refreshed and look forward to the next day.  Sometimes, I do the additional 'cize it up' session right after the workout is done.

Don't give up!  We're here to support you. 🙂

I just did the sample workout this morning from Beachbody on Demand and had a blast.  I smiled the entire time and I filmed it too.  You don't need to much space doing this workout.  I did not like Hip Hop Abs so I was hesitant but I loved this video today!

So glad to hear you enjoyed the workout! 🙂

Aside from healthier eating habits and some weight training, people are so
surprised to hear that Cize is a big part of my regimen. 🙂

I always tell them I never thought it would do anything for me... but after
my first few sessions, I was hooked!... and the drop in weight was just a
bonus! 🙂

Hello all!

Just wanted to know how everyone is doing on Cize.

As for myself, I've been rotating between the different dance sessions except the last.

I just haven't had the time to commit to the 50+min needed to do the entire session.

As for results, I've been surprised and excited to see the pounds drop! 🙂  I'm actually 17lbs lighter than when I first started.

I do hope everyone else who started Cize has stuck with it.

Take care!
