So I really have an issue with cravings and I was wondering if there were any tips out there to help me keep away from the snacking! Thank you!

For me, I have found some success by eating more (400-500 calories) for breakfast and lunch. I am so full and so stuffed, I didn't think about snacking. It also helps me eat a smaller dinner.
I also cut out starches (potatoes, bread, yams, carrots, beets). For me these carb loaded foods trigger my sugar craving which leads right to cookies and candy and chips. I do eat 1/2 cup brown rice with breakfast.
Same goes for eating lots of fruit. The sweet taste wakes up my sleeping tiger.
Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not shunning these foods forever and the cravings haven't simply 'shut off'. However, I do have a firmer resolve to say no when I do get cravings.
Good Luck! Hope this helps 🙂
