When you go out for dinner, you can eat it all, I do. Just not all right away. I divide it into 4ths and eat 1/4 and a salad, take the rest home and my mom has dinner too. And that's only 2/4, you got it, we have dinner for 2 days! Isn't that lovely. I'm just saying...

Just because it says, "Sugar free" doesn't mean it's calorie free. Be mindful of the calories and the serving size. And if you indulge yourself, remember to see how many steps you will need to take to subtract what you eat. If you burn off the same amount of calories you eat, you get the picture, you won't lose a pound. Fitbit allows you to log your meals, if things are not pre listed, you can list it. Try it, just for 1 day, and POST! I'm just saying...

@goheadon Two great ideas. I always eat the salad bar and take home the entree at buffets, too.
Sugar free is something more people should think about, too.
Loving your Fitbit?

If I don't leave the restaurant with a take away container, I know that I have eaten too much at one sitting. I get my money's worth out of every restaurant meal by turning it into two or more restaurant meals. But most of them aren't big enough to get four meals. The most I have ever gotten is three, from an extremely oversized meal. What are we talking about in the way of portions?
