Thanks, just started using the fitbit and the calories per day is confusing to me, from the food plan:
I know what the graph means from reading other posts, (not sure why my green line is at 4K), what I don't understand is this:
I am aiming for 500 calories per day less, so my daily goal should be 21,100, why does it say 1613?
Also why doesn't it take in account that I was under the previous 2 days?
Surely if the left hand bar is on average less than one's goal you are doing well
