Derailed weight loss - looking for accountability partners

ANSWERED

Hi all,

Name's Robin - im 28 and live in Dubai. I have been overweight for all my life and i seriously decided to quit the easy way and start taking health seriously. Over the past years i maxed to 274 lbs & therafter successfully lost 67 lbs since. However, since last year due change of work and new scenarios, Yada yada yada, the weighing scale has become my worst enemy. Im slowly gaining back, which worries me. So im looking for someone motivating, accoutability partners to reboot my walking, diet  & reach my target of 160 lbs - as of today im 235 lbs and i want to be there by new years 2017. I would love to share and seek advise and help - please do add me or message me via Kik robmandm

Thanks & happy stepping.

Cheers!

Make small changes to your diet and lifestyle grdually so not to feel pressured. Break your target down in to manageable a achievable amounts o not to demoralise yourself too much

Some simply tips to get started. First- Start working on making your food portions smaller. Second: You need to always know what and how much you are eating. A 6 oz grilled Chicken Breast and a 3 oz grilled Chicken Breast have a big difference in calories. Third: Eat lots of Veggies and add some Fruit to your diet. Fourth: Ged rid of the junk food and all soda, even diet ones. Diet Soda makes your body crave sweets because of the Artificial Sweetners. It also expands your stomach. That is why Bariartic Patients can use it. Add some excercise to your daily routine. Start slowy at first, like maybe a half mile, and work yourself up. To me calorie counting is very important. I track everything I eat. I guess that is why I now weighe 186 and not 271. Good Luck.
