Welcome to the community, @kethpaul!
There are many different ways you can eat to maintain your current weight in a healthy fashion. You don’t need to follow any particular "diet" or "plan". You also probably want to look beyond Valentine’s Day and find an approach that is sustainable for the long term.
A good way to start is keeping a journal of what you are currently eating and drinking. You can do it for a week or so, have a critical look at it and start making changes. Also have a critical look at your current activity pattern (you probably got yourself a Fitbit in order to motivate yourself to be more active).

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.

There are about 15 ways the majority of people die. These days, most of them are degenerative diseases caused by diet. There is only one way of eating that has been scientifically proven to prevent, arrest or reverse most of these.
Chances are, if you have been eating a standard American diet you have the beginnings of many of these diseases. One could kill you or maybe make your life miserable before something else gets you.
If you are interested in this way of eating, and are willing to do lots of reading to learn about it, then I'll give more information.

There are a lot of free resources you can use and some inexpensive. My recommendations are number one, fully utilize all Fitbit has to offer. Then become Facebook and or Twitter friends with Men's Health. They have amazing plans and ideas plus the latest facts. There Magazine offers free downloads also. Between Fitbit, it's app, and Men's Health you will have everything you need except face to face motivation. You will have Best tracking, food tracking and what to eat. Even when to eat it. Depending on what you want to do. Weight loss, gain, lean, bulk, diabetes, HBP, skin issues, hair, energy, even how to dress, and so forth. Exercises, on the go , with or without equipment. Both the companies survive by giving you the best results. Women's health does the same for women.
All you will need is motivation.
