I drink diet sodas, and use non caloric sweetener with some foods, or other drinks.
After reading about the insulin spike, or other health issues with diet soda and non caloric sweeteners, I switched to stevia as a sweetener as it supposedly does not have as many issues and is natural. And found sodas that are sweetened with it. I also switched to less or almost no 'diet' food.
I try to cut calories where I can, as I count them daily to maintain.
Any feedback from the peanut gallery?

I googled and there is a video, that I didn't watch, but the title was; Diet soda does not cause insulin spike. I drink diet sodas all the time with any kind of sweetener. It is definitely better for you than sodas with sugar.
