My calorie goal should be 1800 according to a physical trainer/nutritionist and personal goals (going time 100 lbs to 125 lbs). So then why does my food plan tell me to stop at 1250?! Please explain how this goal caloric count is derived ASAP.

Could that be a minimum suggested in calories. I can't imagine that you should be limited to that. Did you ask that "trainer /nutritionist"?

It’s the Fitbit site’s food tracker that’s limiting me to 1250, not my trainer, who suggested 1800.
