I like to try out new 'fads' and do research for my clients. So, as with many supplements like green tea extract, I bought a bottle and have been taking it as recommended for almost a month. I have seen absolutely no difference. None. I am a very regimented eater (I log everything, I don't eat when bored or allow myself to feel too full or too hungry, etc) and have been for many years. I am noticing NO changes in any way with this product. I have noticed side effects with other products in the past (mostly in the sense that they make me feel jittery) but with this I notice nothing. I won't be continuing once I use up this bottle and I won't recommend it to my clients either.

I have tryed it and it does help some, I bought some from GNC and paid quit a bit just to find out you can pretty much get the same stuff at walmart for a whole lot less. with the same effect. so i would recommed if you wanted to try it go with the one at walmart. same mg same ingredients just a lot cheaper. plus if you find that you don't like it , it wont cost you a whole lot. Now when i first started coming on this site everyone was talking about Braggs apple cider vinagar 2 tlbs 2 to 3 times a day I use it with pure honey. and that really seems to work great. it speeds up my matabolism and i really believes curves my appitite. i warm it up in the micowave for about 8 sec so that way the honey desloves better. so if you can get pass the pucker of it, try it so much better then any diet aid i have tryed otc so far. Good luck and happy stepping to you Patti

I just wanted to add 2 more cents. yes the Garcenia C. do work but you do have to give it timeto work. this is not a pill that will work in 2 days...you should at least use this poducts for at least 30 days or more before you start seeing results. This is not the pill that you will see a drastict weightloss on the scale. The pill do more increase of muscle mass and decrease the the fat cells,it helps the liver to block the enzymes and convert it to sugar. This helps your fat cells to energy. So I would say if you are interested in this product focus more on the inches (dropping pants sizes) and a little less on the scale.I also incorperate this with taking Green Coffee Bean Extract.
Just make sure the Gardenia C. you are taking has at least 50% HCA and not to much more than that, and 500-1000mg.
Just in case you wanted to know what I take: Nature Wise Gardenia Cambogia 1000mg for a 2
serving ( I take 2 @ brk dinner no later than 5:00 pm, Teraputics 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract 800mg for a 1 serving( I take 2 @ brk,lunch,dinner).
I hope this helps

@trainer I'm not sure these pills are going to work for everyone anyway. A good bit is going to be dependent on what your weight was before you started taking the pills. If you were already in really good shape, on a strict diet and exercising... what changes did you expect to see?
However, if you are well over weight, don't diet well and get little exercise, these pills may have a tremendous effect... If they are all they are hyped up to be.
Anyway, the point is that knowing a little bit more about you would be very helpful in determining if the results you are seeing are at all relative to the person considering the pills. I'm about 50 pounds over weight right now and slowly reaching my goal, so these may be more helpful to me then someone who is only 2 pounds away from their goal.

Yes, I've tried green coffee extract and really liked the taste, but it did nothing for me.
