Does everyone eat all of the calories in order to be in the green zone?

Does everyone eat all of the calories in order to be in the green zone every day? I am almost always under, even if I eat more than 2,000 calories. I am assuming this is because of the working out I have been doing? I was just wondering what experiences others have had.

I never do.  I'm always under.  I like to track my calories under for the week day by day and make adjustments if I need to.

In most cases your fitbit over estimates how many calories you burn, and your food log is probably a little over as the labels are just estimates.

So if you eat a little under, 200 calories or so, you are probably ok.  If you eat under and are losing weight faster than you plan, then eat a little more. If you are not losing as much as you think you should, eat a little.

Just remember as a woman, you should never eat less than 1200-1300 calories a day.

Good luck and stay active!
