Does syncing with Cronometer inflate calorie usage?

Is it a good idea to link to Cronometer? I get the feeling that it's not accurate when it comes to tracking expended calories. I am a 35 yo male and I haven't lost any weight in over month even though I seem to have been in a calorie deficit and exercising frequently the whole time!

Hi @Bonnie84 Welcome to the forum. I don't know the answer to your questions about the chronometer, but something I'd suggest you consider if the quality of the food/calories you are consuming. I often find it's not the calorie number that is the issue, but the quality of the food. Are you sticking to non-processed food, eating a lot of green leafy veggies, only eating healthy fat and drinking walking?

Hi, yes I should probably eat more greens but I basically eat whole foods
plant based meals only. I was wondering whether I might have been gaining
muscle mass, but that might be wishful thinking.
