So, I'm doing some exercises at work and walking. And I'm somehow ending up with these 1000+ deficits. My understanding is I want to limit those deficits to a more manageable amount (500/day). I don't want my body to think I'm starving it and eating into my muscle mass! O_O
Do you have any easy, quality, higher quality things you eat on days like that?

To tap off calories to avoid large deficit, you can have a snack like a toast with peanut butter, some dried fruits, nuts, protein shake, hummus with raw carrots or celery.

Hi @Chikahiro - nice to see you here. I drink one Premier Protein shake a day. Most flavors offer 160 calories and 3 net carbs. They’re good.
