End of week 2

Came back from my first week back on the road.  I was concerned about being able to get all my exercise in due to working a desk job and us being in a very critical part of our project that would tie me more tightly to the desk.  Couple that with eating out.

Sunday and Monday were a little light on the steps at a little over 5k each day.  On Tuesday, I was able to get up early and put in 30 minutes on the treadmill which allowed me to do enough walking to make my 10k.  Wednesday was better and I spent more time on the treadmill and was able to, in total, hit 14k.  Thursday, I woke up late so to get my steps in with shorter time on the treadmill, I just went faster.  BTW all my treadmill activities are at an include of 1.5 to 2.  Thursday is also travel day, so a lot more walking through airports and my total for yesterday was also above 14k.

I got up this morning and weighed myself, coming in at 212 lbs giving me a 4.7 lbs loss since last Friday.  I'm a little concerned the weight loss is so high, but I had a lot of days this past week with close to 2k calories, so I'm not trying to starve myself or anything.  My BMI is over 30 which I've read means fat loss in the this range is generally more than when below 30.  I feel good and am experiencing  a feeling of greater energy.  My acid reflux also seems to be waning.  total weight loss since Christmas is about 17 lbs (although some could be attributed to a change is weighing devices).
