I have entered food products successfully in the past, but the last two items I have entered will not appear when I have tried to log them a second or third time. Any idea as to what I may be doing wrong?

Switch over to the Custom Foods tab in the "Log Food" screen on the App.
On the desktop version, click on "edit my foods" at the bottom of the "favorites" tile. That should bring up all your custom foods.
