Fallen off the healthy eating wagon! Ahh!

I had been doing great, eating loads of veg and drinking water but the last two days I seem to be trying to reverse all my good work!  I have had Burger King and chocolate by the ton!  What is going on??   I have gone mad for grease and sugar.   I need to get refocused and back on the veggies again...

I think meal prepping is vital to preventing binges, you can do this weekly like in this thread or here are some tips on how to begin meal prepping

Hopefully this helps, and if meal prepping is not your thing, the recipes can be super helpful Cat Happy

i feel ya! ive had those nasty cravings all week! but what helps me is a combo of things. sometimes chewing a piece of gum helps me to cure a sugar craving. sometimes its fruits that are naturally sweet like strawberries, oranges ect. But the only way to manage your cravings is to tell yourself that you will get to eat those chocolates or ice cream when you have EARNED IT! lol! if i have a good week with my journey i reward myself with a cheat meal. and it usually involves dessert 😉 these cheat meals will help our metabolism to stay in shape as well. it will recognise foods that arent in your every day diet and rev up to burn it out. its un realisinc to think that we are never going to have that bowl of ice cream ever again. so in my eyes i better earn every bite and it will be worth it! hope this helps some of you

im kinda new to fitbit, feel free to add me as a friend!

I use to throw the whole day away if I ate badly at one meal.  Now I realize one meal will not break me.

I give myself a talk and get up and walk or clean, anything to get me out of the room and change my pattern.
