Fast 800 Keto diet

I've started this diet and it's amazing, but complicated, I'm trying to sync it with my nutracheck diary and having trouble

I've just started the Fast 800 and it's going well so far. Not sure what you mean by syncing it with your Nutacheck diary though. I'm logging my food on my Fitbit app. The only issue I had was trying to set my calories down to 800. Fitbit says a minimum of 1000. Good to see someone else on Fast 800.

I needed to lose some weight quickly along with my partner. We are going on holiday a week tomorrow and were worried we might need to buy some new clothes. Both of us are happy with the results so far.

Ketostarter. I’ve synced it with Nutracheck from the Nutracheck app. It just puts the calories in the Fitbit app. 
I don’t know if this helps.

I also love to start new diets, but I always choose them very carefully so that my body still gets all the necessary elements

What  does a typical day of  food look like ? heard lots of positive things about it

I like it. I can start the day with avocado and chilli on ryebread toast. I could have bean soup with ryebread (I've become a fan of ryebread) for lunch. Bean soup is a lot more substantial than it sounds. Evening meal could be fish in breadcrumbs with celeriac chips. There's plenty of variety; just pick up one of Michael Mosley's books and give it a go. I'm not worried about the nutrients, I'm not seeing an issue there. I take supplements on an adhoc basis if I feel the need. I'm keeping the weight off without trying at present but I do need to do the fast days to knock the pounds off. I don't need to lose much though.
