We all have bad weeks, I guess this one is mine. I broke a toe or two the day before yesterday when I was up with my toddler, earlier that day the bearings in my jogging strollers front two wheel went out making for some issues using it. On top of this I am just struggling a bit with yo-yoing on my weight.
Previous to now this was my weight change each week:
Week of January 6th- Down 7 pounds
Week of January- down 5 pounds
week of January 20th- down 3 pounds
Week of January 27th- down 4.5 pounds
Week of February 3rd- down 2.3 pounds
Week of February 10th- Down 1.3 pounds
I'm coming up on this week ending and for the first time I am up on weight. Some of my issues have been weather related and taking two days to tape and try to give my busted toes a breather. I feel pressure because I am at the end of a long goal I set, which while ambitious is pretty important to me: I'm almost to my post pregnancy weight with my my '12 baby. I got down to 240 before I got the IUD and gained back 38 pounds. As of yesterday I was 252 even. My son will be 2 on the 10th of next month. I know I'm not going to drop 12+ pounds in three weeks as my weight loss is slowing down to what should be normal.. but I definately dont want to lose ground after all the hard work it took to get here!
Money wise I can't order the front two wheels (Crazy that I have to replace the whole shebang.. even more crazy how much it costs but what can you do?) until atleast the 1st and get them shipped to the house by the middle of the month. I can keep using the stroller until the bearing locks up which could be a tommarrow, or it could limp through longer. Its in pretty bad shape.
My husband is out of town through tuesday so I don't have anyone to watch the kids so I can get my walks in the morning(its too cold for them to be in the stroller). I might be able to walk in the afternoon if we actually warm up.
I have yourshape fitness evolved 2012 on xbox that I do yoga to. I'm not super experienced with it because I usually dont have the xbox here at the house.
Any suggestions or tips? The last time I lose weight I didn't have little ones so I would love to hear what other moms do too!

MissKai, don't be hard on yourself. You have a lot going on right now and shouldn't feel down. From what you posted, you've had a lot of stress with things happening and your husband being out of town.
Take a look at your goals and realize that you can only do so much as a wife and mom. Your desire to make changes and your commitment is still there. You might not get to your pre-pregnancy weight in those three plus weeks, but you haven't taken your eye off the goal. You will get there, one day at a time, one pound at a time and with your head held hight. It's hard enough to lose weight when everything is going along smoothly, but you have some roadbumps and things which happen on this journey. You haven't given up and you will carry on. Believe in yourself.
The stroller, is it a company you can call? I've known people to call up some stroller companies with complaints of something breaking and they have been sent parts to fix them.
Take care of yourself.

Thanks for the kind words. I really needed that today.
I've realized a few things. Mainly I am not Super Woman. At all. I need to figure out how to be okay with that. I also think I am falling back into the habit of overeating when I am emotionally stressed. We call it pattern interrupt, but gosh is it hard!
I'm trying to suck up the woe is me. I taped my toes and walked for an hour at the mall today with the boys when I went to get my ring from being sized down. I did manage to stumble onto a local bike shop here who fixed the bike tire on my stroller for under $20.The bearing was bone dry and needed to be greased. So that problem is fixed. I also found some exercise videos on youtube for when I am stuck in the house.
Sometimes the things we think are really boulders are merely pebbles when viewed in the correct light:)

That's a great way of looking at it, MissKai.
You're going to make it!

I too was having a bad day & I allowed my bad emotional judgment to win last night for dinner. Today is a new day, a better day because after journaling , I realized what was causing me to be emotional. I'm correcting that issue as of today.
I wanted to THANK YOU for your words of wisdom. Your statement on the boulder vs a pebble, WOW, Thank you ,sometimes it's those little things that help the most

Thank you Odyssey! I had to really check my attitude and be a bit real in that with broken toes needing a bit of babying it was silly to freak over my weight fluctuating.I got out today for a three mile walk and felt worlds better:)
