Hello,
I'm Sherri and have been battling my weight on and off for about 15 years. I have lost 75lbs in the past, but due to infertility issues, the stress and emotional eating that comes with my infertility struggle I have gained everything back (and a bit more).
My first goal is to lose 37 lbs and I am hoping to have it gone by early December. I know that this is a lofty goal, but I am very determined since I am renewing my vows and I want to wear a dress I really want and feel beautiful in, rather than something I have to wear because it fits.
I am brand new to using my Fitbit (my husband gave it to me for my birthday on July 16) so I would love to find others with similar goals to motivate and learn from each other as well!!
Best AnswerI am trying to get my health back after gaining from medical issues and stress. I had lost 115 lbs a few years back. Since December I put on 65 lbs and need it off ASAP so I got a fitbit too. I am loving it. You will love yours. It's so easy to use. Make sure to start logging your sleep patterns. I found out mine were way off. The fitbit helps to motivate to get some zzzz. That is so important for weightloss.
Best AnswerHi Sherry - I'm new to fitbit this week! Good luck on your goal! I have a similar goal, so I thought I would respond and send you some encouragement. So far, I have discovered that the fitbit makes it very easy to take the mystery out of weight loss. I hated that the first day, but after that I fell in love with it. Now I am on my 6th day of keeping my calories eaten under my calories used by 1,000/day. I don't want to look back!
Again, good luck!
