Fitbit Aria 2 scales

I have had the Aria 2 scales for several years now and have been very happy with them. The trouble is I changed my internet provider recently and now I can't change the wi-fi address on the scales. I have tried everything to no avail and just wondering if anyone has any ideas how to fix my problem.

Aria 2

  1. With your scale and Wi-Fi router nearby, open the Fitbit app on your Bluetooth-enabled phone, tablet, or computer.
  2. On the Today tab, tap your profile picture > Aria 2.
  3. Tap Wi-Fi Network or Pair Scale to Different Network (depending on the device).
  4. Tap Next and follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect your scale to your network.
