Fitbit and ideal protein

ANSWERED

I bought the Bitfit scale and I started the Ideal Protein program on the same day.   I am following this program carefully. So far I lost 10lbs, I feel good and more energise.  I am drinking around 3000 ml. of water a day. I am also taking vitamins, potasium and calcium.  I started this last monday (August 28th) and my new fitbit scale showed me that I weighed 339 lbs, what a reality check.  Today, one week later, I'm down to 328 lbs and doing good. I hope the little voice in my head is still going to say NO to snack and second plates and all the good stuff that is awesome to the taste but not so good for the waist...          if you know what I mean

Yea, me too. 3000 L. would be about 750 gallons - lol - hope the OP meant 3000 ml or 3 L which would still be plenty at about 1.5 gallons
