Since I got my fitbit Blaze, I have never missed a day of putting in 10,000 steps. I have been logging my diet, keeping my calorie intake to at least 500 calories less than my daily intake. I just weighed myself and I have lost 10 lbs, and I've only had my fitbit for 13 days. I'm ecstatic!

Note that it isn't a diet, though a change in food habits (restricting foods doesn't help in the longer run as that can lead to binge eating or giving up rather than allowing a little treat here & there which prevents binge eating).
