I've never heard of it, but I am always suspicious of something like that. There is no magical way to a flat stomach and no one product is going to get you there, only eating sensibly and being active.

I'm eerie to buying anything mysterious online. Even from words of Dr. Oz. The diet is key more than the supplements and gimmicks bought online like the Belly Burner.

Try eating only when hungry, stop until satisfied. Mostly when desired have natural foods as minimal as processed which keeps satisfied for longer on lower calories overall.. (fruits, vegetables, eggs, when not vegetarian (meat, fish))..

Prepackaged foods are okay as long it needs to be consumed soon, doesn't contain added sugars (natural sugars from fruits are fine), not containing names not able to pronounce.

When eating natural foods mainly (if wanted), a little treat now & then like a piece chocolat, a piece of cake.. won't ruin anything, in fact eating less calories overall mainly but providing the body quality foods, not possibly being hungry & when wanting a little treat (a chocolat figurine) (can quickly contain 200+ calories), but have with care when desired.

A little treat now and then prevents binge eating cause restricting won't work in the longer run, eventually having the food desired anyway.. and more from rather than having with care in the moment.

It's tough to overeat on natural foods even when eating until comfortably satisfied (not stuffed).. when eating healthier foods (mostly), hunger / appetite / satisfied can become more clear rather than when eating mainly 'junk foods' higher in calories.. having added sugars.. to want even more from, and still being possibly hungry..

When eating, eat slower to get the signal of becoming satisfied quicker, rather than rushing and taking a second portion possibly not needing.

See which foods leave you most satisfied or which leave you hungry (even after just recently eaten plenty from).

Tune in with your precious body when hungry, what looks most appealing to have? In which quantity? Feeling more satisfied after, or could have some more.. (asking for more vegetables at dinner, being satisfied with portion of choosing, wanting more eggs but less potatoes.. or not really feeling to have potatoes and wanting something else instead like more meat..)..

Possible your body being satisfied with food left on the plate, not really wanting that last potato, feeling having enough, not needing more.. try following your precious bodies signals.. see how it goes & rebuild trust.

gimmicks MAY give you a quick result- but it doesn't give you sustainable results. What this sounds like to me is a laxative. There are natural ways that can help you be more productive if that's an issue. More than likely its green tea that is packaged as a miracle costing ten times more than green tea. please save your health and your dollars.

I haven't tried it, but I am currently drinking tea to aid in weight loss. I drink six cups per day total using oolong, pu erh, green, white. I know for a fact that tea helps fat loss because I have been experiencing it for the last month. It takes a little while for tea to start changing your body, but it does work. Not only do you get health benefits from drinking it, you really do start to see your fat melt away. I found a product called "Kou Tea" online, which is supposed to be a weight loss tea, but I have not tried it yet. It contains the exact teas I am drinking already. I did purchase it, and plan to start drinking it in the next few weeks. There are not many reviews on it, though. So, if you decide to look into it, you will not find much about it.

Of course, working out and eating at least 80/20 will help with weight loss. However, the tea combo really - and I stress - really does help you lose fat, and, eventually, weight. You are welcome to look up the four teas mentioned above that I drink and read the benefits on them. I did a ton of research before drinking them to lose. Hope this helps! 🙂

My vote on this is no. I remember taking a couple "weight loss teas" a couple years ago and they were only diuretics and laxatives. I ended up having medical intervention since I was badly dehydrated and anemic.
