For those with young children and work, exchange recipies that are healthy?

I have a couple of recipies that I really like but the goal is for my 4 children and hubby to like them as well. I try new ones here and there but someone always has a complaint. I want all of us to be healthier. The last couple of months I have cut out most processed food from their diets. Whatever is left in the pantry will be used up by them but I have not touched it.

What have you done and made that your family loves? No more mac and cheese in a box or frozen crap. Healthy and tasty is what I would like.

My son, who is a picky eater, loves when I make Turkey Burgers. Heck, he doesn't even like hamburgers! My husband will eat anything I cook and usually likes it. Try to find ground turkey without the additives if you can and organic bread and veggies if you can. I use unrefined sea salt and peppercorn as my seasonings.

I made these with ground turkey instead of beef.

It's a great way to treat the kids to something that is sort of like pizza.  Even though it has pepperoni in it the amount of pepperoni is miniscule. I also made them without the pepperoni.  Everyone liked them.  You can add more zucchini to the meatballs as it gives them a fantastic lightness.

Protein waffles from Heidi Powell's website. I make a double batch on Saturdays, freeze the extras and they are much healthier than the 'eggo' version but just as easy. My kids have no idea they are packed with ground oats, instead of flour, and cottage cheese. I use my magic bullet to blend it all up.
