I don't know if there's a quicker way, but the way I figured it out- I just click on the username from their message, then on that page next to their picture, click "Go to Fitbit.com profile", and there's an Add Friend button!

They say the last 5-10 pounds are the hardest to loose! Congrats on being so close to your goal weight!

If you don't mind me asking how much did you originally have to lose? And what was your goal time frame?

Hi there! I just got my Fitbit Charge HR today and have the same goal as you (40 pounds by the end of the year). I'm still figuring out how all of this works, so feel free to add me!

Hi everyone!

Well, I am using fitbit and the dashboard quite a lot. But it's kinda easier for me to connect through facebook, so I have created a private group for Peer Support and Motivation on our way to become "Healthier, Happier, Fitter". That's also the name of the group 🙂

Let's see if I am allowed to post a link for anyone who would like to join!

https://www.facebook.com/groups/436598776550364/

We come from all sorts of backgrounds, follow different approaches of getting fit and losing weight. Fitbit, running, walking, Weight Watchers, couch surfing, at home programs via DVDs or TV streaming, you name it. Anyone is welcome!

Oh and if the link doesnt work, just send me a friend request and I should be able to send you the link via private message.

Cheers

Birgit

Hey Lizza! Join our facebook group if you like! The link is below.

There is always someone around for support and motivation, but it also helps with accountability when we run a challenge and people check in on a regular basis to report how things are going.

That's at least what is helping me a lot! 🙂 ‎ peer support and a little tough love 🙂

We also share recipes and success stories and rants and happy moments. 🙂

Cheers
Birgit
