Hi @amanda0521

Don't change everything at once so your precious body can adjust, and it'll become easier to stick to new food habits over time.

Don't forbid any foods, eating healthy is wonderful, but allow having some of your favourite food(s) once in a while (with care) to prevent binging. Everything in moderation.

Thanks 🙂

I've been eating healthy(lean protein, veggies) for the past several months, I'm just struggling with getting in daily exercise but I'm working on it.

Continue your regimen and you'll be at your goal in no time! A journey begins with a single step, and it's nice to know others are taking their steps (literally! xD) as well. Added! 😄

Hi Amanda,  I'm on the same jouney as you. What I find that helps me is being very organized and disciplined. I scheduled my workouts on my free time throughout the week. I find that if I get up early on days off and put in my workout that helped me to continue and started my week on the right path.  Its not easy but stick to your goals and what you want to accomplish, and before you know it you'll be there.   I hope this helps!

Hi Amanda, Just wanted to let you know that I started out last year at 271 and now my weight is 186. I walk three miles a day too!! I agree with everyone else. " The journey is not easy and the road is difficult, but if someone like me can do it, so can you!!" Good luck!
