Did you mean:

From 420lbs to 268 lbs before and after picture

so today I needed to get a  passport photo, when I got home I shocked myself when I compared my new passport photo with the photo I used for my security SIA. Seeing that picture has inspired me to work even harder towards my weight goal

Which FitBit you using? This is going to inspire many on the forums who wish to do exactly what you did.

Well, i use the fitbit flex.

I perform 40 mins of cardio in the morning on a stationary bike, the bike is set to keep me within my fat burn heart rate.

I then drink a Protein shake for breakfast(these are wonderfull, they keep me full for hours)

here is a link to what i use http://www.bulkpowders.co.uk/complete-breakfast-protein-smoothie.html

I then go out and walk/hike for around 10 mils (i damaged my ankle so for the last few weeks i can only manage 7) i try to maintain a pace of 3 miles per hour.

when i get back in I have a meal of a complex carb (brown rice) with vegetables and some times with chicken or turky breast meat. after i eat a no fat yogurt.

Later i snack on grapefruit and carrot before I perform another 40 mins on the stationary bike.

You have a lot of discipline. Be careful of your ankle.

This shows that with determination and a plan, it can be done!

Congratulations to you! I think you're doing obviously well for yourself. Keep it up, and ultimately your hard work will pay off where maintaining your newfound goal weight will take a lot less work (in terms of physican activity) than will what you're doing day to day now. It'll all be worth it. Keep going!
