If anyone has any tips on how they have gotten back on track after having to gain weight whilst losing weight, would be helpful. It was the worst decision I have ever made. I'm attempting to start out with high calorie intake of 1500 and then going back down to 1200. I've tried several other things but nothing is sticking.

Every person is different so I am not sure this will help but the following suggestions helped me:
1. Consider what you are eating. You might be eating the right calorie amount but be eating foods that contain more fat.
2. Water....Drink a lot of water. I usually have a full glass before meals and this seems to help.
3. Keep moving! This is the one thing that helps me lose weight. I have a low metabolism and have discovered the more I move, the easier it is to drop the weight.
4. Do not give up! Everyone has their "off" times. Just get back on track and look forward.
Good luck!

how tall are you and how much do you weigh? I know it sounds crazy, but you may not be eating enough. eating more often also will help rev up your metabolism. types of foods and portions are more important than calories in vs. calories out. The type of calories are most important.

Thanks Algenon, I have some days where I eat completely healthy. It's easier for me cause I'm vegetariana and therefore I can't eat a lot of junk. I find that I'll binge more than anything. I drink loads of water each day. Approx 2 litres. I also do exercise nearly everyday. It's just that my stomach couldn't handle the change and now I'm going back and forth. Thanks for the advice!

I'm 164cm and 69 kilos. I was eating too much cause after having to gain weight my body felt hungry all the time. I eat really healthy so it's not really about the food. But thanks for the advice!

I am a vegetarian as well! I find that if I eat carrots and celery for my snacking it helps!

Great, solution is simple.
Add to very meal spinach and broccoli. Eat as much as you want so you will not be hungry -40 grams preferably every meal.
I promise, you will not gain weight and you won’t be hungry.
