Okay, so I gained about 10lbs in about 4 weeks... yes i know, that is alot in that amount of time. When it comes to my weight, I really am worse than a darn yo-yo. The good thing is, I can lose it almost as fast as I gain it... soooo here I come! Getting back on track! Any encouraging words are appreciated 🙂

I'm getting out of a tough time too. Balancing school and time to work out. I would snack a lot at night but luckily I just have healthy snacks on hand so it's better than it could've been. We can do this 😄

I would ask myself, why am I eating so much?
What has changed in my life?
Is eating helping me feel better about myself, letting go of my problems or I eat because I rally like it?
Remember one day at the time and sometimes one better meal at the time.
You are in control of your eating. You control your habits.
Failing for any of you is not an option. Get up, train, walk ....
