Good since Christmas.... must.keep.going!

Hi guys,

Thanks to my brand new Fitbit and the fact that my clothes didn't fit great I've been reasonably good since Christmas (ehm ehmm). This week I'm at 3500 kcals deficit which means a theoretical pound of fat lost.

I thought yeterday my belly looked a bit better.

Must keep going now 🙂

Anybody out there in a similar situation? Looking for motivation for upcoming weekend?

Same here, I have been good since Christmas as well and down 2pds as of weigh in today, so let us keep this going...  I am with you in this journey.

According to Fitbit plans.  I should reach my goal in April/May and May is my birthday so that is great motivation.  Although personally, I was planning to reach my goal in September, but it looks like they might be right.

Darlynn, you're doing so great!

I'm waiting for my aria to be fixed and I'll get more precise as to what my goal is. I'm going to a wedding in March and I would love to be all trim and happy by then.

I have actually stopped using a weighing scale altogether for about a year and it felt extremely liberating but saying this I know I put on a bit of weight and it's time to start weighing myself again. Isn't it a petrifying thing to step on a scale after a break???

LOL. I do find it daunting stepping on a scale if I haven't for a while Kam, but I also find that when I am activitely trying to lose weight, it helps keep my focus.  I do not have the aria, but I have a scale that measures my body fat and water percent as well, so it is quite helpful and exhilarating especially when going in the right direction.

I hope when you finally step on your aria, that the figures will be better than you imagine.  Otherwise we are here with you for the journey... Smiley Wink
