I would read the manual. Lots of good info in it on how to use etc.

I would also spend time in the Charge HR forums. There is some good info in there as well

@iamlionheart Welcome!  I have a Charge HR as well and love it. As Wendy and people willing to help here in the forums. If you have questions, definitely use the search box and most likely you will find an answer to your questions.  If you don't find an answer, there are lots of people in the Community willing to help out!  Have fun with your new device!
