I saw this article and thought it was interesting. Obviously more studies need to be completed, but it's a huge breakthrough for human wellness. I wonder how much of a difference it'll make when scientists can tell what bacteria someone has (in a more accessible manner)…. I think of youth with weight issues and think how awesome and encouraging it could be to aid in their weight loss/healthier lifestyle when they start SEEING the change.
I mean, I hate when I plateau!
