Halloween to Christmas Eve Challenge

Hello everyone! Welcome to the Halloween to Christmas Challenge!!!

This challenge will begin on Halloween October 31st and finish on Christmas Eve December 24th. This is approximately 7 weeks. Great time to kick start diets or control the holiday binge.  Either way, let's try to be realistic with your weight loss goals.

All you need to join this challenge is to post your stats regarding your weight, and check in weekly or as often as you'd like. We are a great support group and enjoy keeping up with each other and being there for our ups and downs.

HAVE FUN!! Most importantly enjoy yourself and your journey! Smiley Happy

HI,

Count me in!  I need motivation to lose weight.  It is so hard to stay motivated this time of year when it gets so cold in the upper Midwest.

CW: 161

GW (at the end of this challenge):  155

My ultimate goal is to get to 145 but I'm taking baby steps.  Recovering from a broken toe and possibly more in my foot.  Robot Sad
