Did you mean:

Has anybody tried the 21-day Tummy Diet?

Have you tried it? What did you think of it? Was it do-able and useful?

Any time I see "X day ... diet/transformation" with X < 100, my BS detection radar starts to activate. Achieving significant and durable changes just almost always takes a lot longer.

Here is the description of the book on Amazon:  "21-Day Tummy Diet: A Revolutionary Plan that Soothes and Shrinks Any Belly Fast"

And it goes on as follows:

"Based on the latest science, the 21-Day Tummy diet targets excess weight and belly fat while addressing the most common digestive disorders, and is a fun, easy guide to healthy eating that will have you feeling great!"

"As seen on The Doctors, and Dr. Oz Show"

Revolutionary, based on the latest science, endorsed by Dr. Oz: case closed, I’ll find something else for my belly fat Smiley LOL

From what I understand, there is no such thing as spot-reduction of fat. Fat comes off all over, not just on the stomach. But still I see many sources that promise to reduce fat in a particular area.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

I don't have any tummy fat. I do have a muscular large intestine.
