Hi Has anyone had any experience with the Zoe app? if so has it helped with health/weight?

We've been following the "Zoe way" for some considerable time. I'd have to say we haven't really used it as a weight loss programme and haven't really lost or gained; however we have felt better.

I have been on the Zoe programme since last Autumn. It has taught me a great deal about the quality of food that I eat, the combinations are important. My diet now is completely different, lots more seeds, pulses, vegetables and nuts. I however don't really see it as a weight loss tool, though some people have had these advantages. I have felt better, slept better and no longer have mid afternoon slumps, my general health is much improved by the less ultra processed diet I have adopted with Zoe.
